Step 1: Send an inquiry by clicking here and filling out the info
Step 2: We'll call you within 2 business days and make sure we have everything needed to make your event special
Step 3: We'll email you a quote/service contract for you to accept and esign
Step 4: Once the document is esigned, we'll email you links to either make a retainer payment or pay for your order in full securely through our website payment portal with a number of different payment options
Step 5: Complete your payment and get ready to have an amazing time!

Things to Note
The Good
Just the Way it is
Any payments are nonrefundable once past the grace period detailed in your service contract - We ask that you understand we often need to order materials ahead of time and have an event scheduled prevents other booking
Events within a 20 mile radius of zip code 45245 will have no travel fee - For events outside this radius, there will be a travel fee of 65cents per mile that starts incurred only after the first 20 miles
We reserve the right to terminate contracts based on the judgement of the chief operators of Petal Perfect LLC - In this event, we will provide written notification via the email provided on your inquiry
